- Cynthia is a combat veteran having served over 34 years in the military; 23 years in the Navy Reserves, and 11 years in the New York Air National Guard. She has a Bachelor’s in Physician Assistant Studies, Master’s in Public Health, and earned her Doctorate in Health and Rehabilitation Science from Stony Brook University. She is responsible for providing strategic, financial, and operational leadership to drive revenue growth.

- Joan has over 20 years of experience directly managing several government contracts and Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) as well as Acting Director on several large multi-million-dollar government projects, including Hurricane Maria Emergency supplies & Mobile Disaster Units.

- Shawn provides additional business and healthcare industry experience as a Nursing Leader responsible for the operations of the largest oncology unit in the southeast and project management on a massive $125 million expansion project. Shawn’s background as a Certified Public Accountant provides the experience to oversee AlphaVets financial performance, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and audits.
